PlasmaShield® features a multi-stage, air decontamination module featuring industry-first Electron Beam irradiation as the dominant mode of action.
It creates an intense, stable, and uniform plasma region inside each reactor cell to decontaminate air that passes through the chamber. These contribute to complete and irreversible microbial destruction and air bio-decontamination.

PlasmaShield creates an electron beam emitters that bombards microorganisms with
high-speed electrons that penetrate
their cell walls to inactivate viruses.
Irreversible
Electroporation
PlasmaShield causes irreversible
electroporation with an intense electric field to rupture cell membranes and
inactivate microorganisms.
Particle
Aggregation
Ultrafine particles are charged as they pass through the PlasmaShield® reactor, resulting in their bonding (agglomeration) to larger clusters, which enables their efficient filtration.
